BEAST Agent is a product of Nextania Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India. We build AI-powered tools that help Indian businesses and institutions serve their customers better.

Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — Your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or purchase a plan.
• Document content — The documents and website URLs you upload to create your AI agent. This content is stored securely and used exclusively to power your agent’s responses.
• Agent configuration — Your agent’s name, welcome message, brand colour, and logo.
• Customer interactions — When your customers chat with your agent, their questions and the agent’s responses are temporarily stored to power BEAST Insights analytics and the daily digest email you receive.
• Appointment leads — Name, email, and phone number of customers who request appointments through your agent. This data belongs to you and is accessible only through your dashboard.
• Payment information — We do not store card or payment details. All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments or PayPal, which have their own privacy policies.
• Usage data — Basic analytics such as number of conversations and agent activity to help us maintain service quality.

How we use your information

Specifically, we use the information to:

• Power your AI agent’s responses to your customers’ questions
• Generate your daily BEAST Insights email with analytics about customer interactions
• Store your appointment leads so you can access them from your dashboard
• Send you your license key and important account communications via email
• Maintain and improve the reliability and performance of the platform
• Respond to your support requests

What we will never do with your data

We make the following absolute commitments:

• We will never sell your data to any individual, company, or organisation — ever.
• We will never read your documents or conversations for any commercial purpose. Our team does not access your content.
• We will never use your customer conversations to train AI models without your explicit, written consent.
• We will never share your data with advertisers or use it for targeted advertising of any kind.
• We will never share your appointment leads with third parties. These belong entirely to you.
• We will never analyse your data for competitive intelligence or to benefit other clients.

The BEAST Insights feature analyses your conversation patterns using Claude AI solely to generate the daily digest report delivered to you — this analysis happens automatically, is not reviewed by our team, and exists only to help you improve your agent.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure — one of the world’s most secure and reliable cloud platforms. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

• Documents and agent data are stored for 90 days from creation, after which they are automatically deleted unless renewed
• Conversation logs are stored for 30 days to power BEAST Insights, then automatically deleted
• Appointment leads are stored for 90 days and can be downloaded or deleted by you at any time from your dashboard
• License and account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 1 year after cancellation for billing records

Third-party services

BEAST Agent uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Anthropic Claude AI — Powers the AI responses in your agent. Customer questions are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate answers. Anthropic’s privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Cloudflare — Hosts our infrastructure and stores your data. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies.
• Resend — Sends license key emails and daily digest reports. Only your email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes.
• Cashfree Payments — Processes Indian payments. Cashfree’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
• PayPal — Processes international payments. PayPal’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

We carefully select partners who maintain high standards of data protection. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Download your appointment leads as a CSV from your dashboard at any time
• Update your agent configuration, documents, and contact information at any time
• Opt out of the daily BEAST Insights email by contacting us

Children’s privacy

BEAST Agent is a business platform not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at nextaniatechnologies@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
