Terms of Service

The Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Nextania Technologies Private Limited (“Nextania”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) — the individual installing or using BEAST — Making Life Elegant (the “Extension” or “Service”).

References to “BEAST” throughout this document refer to the BEAST — Making Life Elegant Chrome Extension, all associated web pages, backend services, and any related products operated by Nextania Technologies Private Limited.

The Service

BEAST — Making Life Elegant is an AI-powered productivity companion distributed as a Google Chrome browser extension. The Service provides, among other features:

• Smart Email Composer — AI-assisted drafting and reply composition for Gmail
• Opportunity Radar — Daily AI-powered career opportunity matching based on your profile
• Resume Generator — AI-structured professional resume creation from your profile data
• Beast Unleashed — Long-form AI writing workspace for content, proposals, and creative work
• Deck Studio — AI-assisted presentation and slide generation
• Google Forms Builder — Natural language form creation published to Google Drive
• Market Intelligence — AI-generated sector analysis and competitor insights
• Godzilla Community — Private broadcast network for professionals within the BEAST ecosystem
• Wisdom Chat — AI conversational assistant accessible from any browser tab

The feature set available to you depends on your subscription tier. Nextania reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

Eligibility

To use BEAST you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws.
• Use a compatible version of Google Chrome browser.

By using BEAST you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

Account & License Key

License Key

Upon purchasing a subscription or activating a free trial, you will receive a unique license key. This key is:

• Personal and non-transferable — it may only be used by the individual who purchased it
• Single-device — each license key is associated with the browser instance in which it is activated
• Confidential — you are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share it publicly.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your license key. If you believe your license key has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@nextania.in.

Free Trial

Nextania offers a 7-day free trial of the Explorer tier to new users upon first installation of the Extension. The free trial is subject to the following conditions:

• One trial per person — the free trial is available once per individual user. Creating multiple accounts or reinstalling the Extension to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
• One trial per device — trials are fingerprinted by device. Multiple trials from the same device are blocked automatically.
• Token limits apply — the free trial includes 40,000 AI tokens. Usage beyond this limit requires a paid subscription.
• No credit card required — the trial activates automatically upon installation with no payment details needed.
• Non-transferable — trial credits cannot be transferred to another account or rolled over into a paid plan.

Subscriptions & Plans

BEAST is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The current plans are as follows:

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Nextania reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice to existing subscribers.

Token Usage

Each AI interaction within BEAST consumes tokens from your monthly allowance. Token balances reset on your monthly renewal date and do not roll over to the following month. Unused tokens are not refundable.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before expiry. BEAST does not currently offer automatic renewal — you will be notified before your subscription expires.

Payment & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, our authorised payment gateway partner. Nextania does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Cashfree’s terms of service.

Refund Policy

We want every BEAST user to have a great experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have used fewer than 20% of your plan’s token allocation.
• Technical failures — if BEAST is completely non-functional due to a fault on our end for more than 72 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• No refund after 7 days — subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, except where required by applicable law.
• Trial-to-paid transitions — no refund is available for payments made after a free trial if the trial period was fully utilised.

To request a refund, email support@nextania.in with your order ID and reason. We process refund requests within 5 business days.

Acceptable Use Policy

BEAST is designed to enhance your productivity and creativity. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, ethical purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

You Must Not

• Use BEAST to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Use BEAST to spam individuals or organisations with unsolicited communications
• Use BEAST to impersonate any person, company, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, prompts, or proprietary logic of BEAST
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to artificially inflate token usage or circumvent usage limits
• Use BEAST in any way that violates Google’s Chrome Web Store policies or Gmail’s terms of service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute BEAST or any AI-generated output as your own product without Nextania’s written consent
• Use BEAST to generate content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Nextania’s backend infrastructure, APIs, or other users’ accounts
• Use BEAST for academic dishonesty in contexts where AI assistance is explicitly prohibited by your institution

AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI Output

BEAST uses large language models (including OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini) to generate content in response to your inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information and should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, or career advice without independent verification.
• The quality of AI output depends significantly on the quality and completeness of your input.
• BEAST’s Opportunity Radar and Resume Generator are productivity tools to assist your job search — they do not guarantee employment outcomes.
• AI-generated emails, documents, and content should be reviewed by you before sending or submitting to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

Ownership of Output

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the AI-generated content produced from your inputs through BEAST. Nextania does not claim ownership over content you create using the Service.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, and distribute AI-generated content. Nextania accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

Intellectual Property

Nextania’s Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the following belong exclusively to Nextania Technologies Private Limited:

• The BEAST — Making Life Elegant brand, name, tagline, and visual identity
• The Extension’s source code, architecture, and user interface design
• All proprietary AI prompts, system instructions, and agent configurations
• The Opportunity Radar algorithm, skill domain taxonomy, and matching logic
• The Godzilla Community platform and its content infrastructure
• All marketing materials, documentation, and store listings

Limited Licence to You

Nextania grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use BEAST solely for your personal or professional productivity purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of BEAST.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the text, data, and information you input into BEAST. You grant Nextania a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. This licence does not permit Nextania to use your inputs for AI model training or marketing without your explicit consent.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using BEAST, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to read it at:

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

BEAST is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nextania does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextania Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use BEAST, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content (including career, email, or business decisions)
• Unauthorised access to your data caused by your own failure to protect your license key
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Cashfree)

Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall Nextania’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Nextania in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using BEAST at any time by uninstalling the Extension from your browser. If you have an active paid subscription, uninstalling the Extension does not automatically cancel your subscription — please contact us at support@nextania.in to cancel.

Termination by Nextania

Nextania reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in fraudulent activity, including manipulating the trial system
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to the security, integrity, or availability of the Service for other users
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a government authority

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use BEAST is revoked immediately. Any unused tokens or subscription time remaining are forfeited, except where termination is caused by Nextania’s material breach. Sections 9 (AI-Generated Content — Ownership), 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Disputes) survive termination.

Disputes & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of BEAST shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India in the state where Nextania Technologies Private Limited is registered.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@nextania.in. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern within 30 days.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

Nextania Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• Notify existing subscribers via the email address associated with their license key
• Display a notice within the BEAST Extension for 14 days following the change

Your continued use of BEAST after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
