How to Request Account Deletion

Include your registered phone number in the email body so we can identify your account

Our team will respond within 48 business hours to confirm your deletion request
4
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of confirmation

Your profile (name, phone number, location) · All your listings · All conversation history · Your ratings and reviews · Your subscription data
⚠️ Data that may be retained
Transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and financial compliance purposes. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytics.
