At Nextania Technologies, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your subscription, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Envoy Marketplace subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain access to your subscribed plan until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your listings will remain active until the billing period ends

To cancel, email us at pascalnextania@gmail.com with your registered phone number.

2. Refund Policy

✅ Eligible for Refund

Refund requests submitted within 7 days of payment will be processed in full, provided the subscription benefits have not been substantially used (i.e. fewer than 3 listings created under the plan).

  • Full refund: Requested within 7 days of payment with fewer than 3 listings used
  • Pro-rated refund: For annual plans cancelled after 7 days — unused months will be refunded
  • No refund: For monthly plans cancelled after 7 days of the billing period
  • Payment failure refunds: If your payment was debited but subscription was not activated — full refund within 5-7 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Timelines

  • Cashfree (UPI/Card/Netbanking): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal (International): 3-5 business days
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Free trial period (₹0 — no charges apply)
  • Partially used monthly subscription periods beyond 7 days
  • Listings that have already received buyer interest or contact sharing
