These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Envoy Marketplace and all products offered by Nextania Technologies Private Limited. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Nextania Technologies Private Limited is an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013. We operate Envoy Marketplace — an AI-powered hyperlocal buy-and-sell platform available on Android.

2. Products & Services
Nextania Technologies offers the following products under the Envoy Marketplace platform:
- Envoy Marketplace (Android App) — AI-powered hyperlocal buy and sell platform
- Subscription Plans — Monthly and annual plans for sellers to list items
- Lens Advisor — AI-powered Economic, Career and Business advisory service
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing (INR)
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

International users may pay via PayPal in equivalent USD. Annual plans include a 10% discount compared to monthly billing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments (Indian users) and PayPal (International users)
- Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- All transactions are encrypted and secure
- Nextania Technologies does not store card or UPI details
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must be 18 years of age or older
- Users must provide accurate information during onboarding
- Listings must be for genuine items — fraudulent listings will be removed
- Users must not post prohibited items including weapons, drugs, or illegal goods
- Users are responsible for completing transactions safely in person
6. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only data essential to app functionality. We never sell user data or show advertisements. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nextania Technologies acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers, or for the conduct of buyers or sellers during transactions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
